By completing and returning the application and standing order forms I/we agree to membership of Old Sleningford Preserves CSA.

As a member, I/we will receive a monthly or bi-monthly supply of preserves made from produce grown on or around Old Sleningford farm, harvested in season and handmade on the farm.

I/we agree to pay membership of £7.50 per delivery, payable as stated on the completed standing order.

I/we understand an application for membership can be made at any time and an initial standing order payment can be made for the part payment until the regular payment is due.

I/we understand payment is made a month in advance of the preserves being received.

I/we understand one extra preserve will be given on the anniversary of a monthly delivery if payment is made annually.

I/we understand the preserves will be delivered or collected on a mutually convenient date and time.

I/we understand that in the future, it may be possible to add to the minimum subscription to receive additional preserves each month.

I/we understand membership can be cancelled at any time by giving 1 months notice and that no refunds will be given for unused membership. I/we agree it is my/our responsibility to cancel the standing order with my/our bank.

As a member, I/we will receive information about the preserves, recipe ideas and invitations to events and activities at Old Sleningford Farm. This could be by email or with the monthly preserves.

I/we agree that contact information can be held on a database by Old Sleningford Preserves and understand it will not be passed on to third parties.
